Yvonne Kong, BS
Yvonne Kong, BS, is the founder of LEAP and a program therapist at the Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center in Seattle, WA. She is deeply dedicated to advancing mental health awareness for under-represented communities. Her experience and dedication led her to establish LEAP, aimed at providing culturally-relevant resources and safe spaces for AAPI individuals affected by eating disorders.

Janice Chow, MS, RD
Janice Chow, MS, RD, is a San Francisco Bay Area-based Registered Dietitian, recognized nutrition expert, author, and speaker. With her practice, The Mindful Chow, she helps clients overcome cultural biases about thinness using the Health At Every Size™ approach. She has been widely featured in media outlets including Real Simple and Good Housekeeping. Notably, she co-authored a culturally-responsive nutrition programs toolkit in 2023. Janice also contributes to clinical nutrition research and often shares her insights on the impact of food and culture on healthcare at speaking engagements.

Jean Liu, MS, RDN, LDN
Jean is a Taiwanese-American dietitian based in Boston specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. She advocates for body liberation through an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES ®️) framework. Jean's work addresses the impact that systems of oppression and generational trauma have on food and body perspectives, making her approach trauma-informed and inclusive for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities. With previous experience working in an eating disorder treatment center and current involvement in private practice, Jean offers comprehensive care to her clients at all stages of recovery.

Lorraine Chu is a California-based dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist specializing in lifestyle-oriented eating solutions. She operates from a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, and culturally responsive framework. A firm believer in the Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy and intuitive eating, Lorraine is dedicated to promoting body diversity and food neutrality. Lorraine has experience working in an intensive outpatient program (IOP) as well as outpatient nutrition counseling. She offers her virtual nutrition counseling services across multiple states, providing a safe, non-judgmental space for all, with a unique emphasis on the needs of marginalized communities.

Ivory Loh, MPH, RD, is a Seattle-based Dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery. A Health-at-Every-Size provider, she offers compassionate, weight-inclusive counseling. Passionate about body trust, she advocates for reducing weight stigma and enhancing ED support, especially for underrepresented BIPOC communities. With a multicultural background, she relates deeply to immigration challenges, enriching her client connections. Ivory adopts a strength-based nutrition approach, valuing her clients' personal experiences.
