Neeru Bakshi MD, FAPA, CEDS, is a board-certified psychiatrist, speaker, and advocate for mental health equity. Dr. Bakshi has worked with patients with eating disorders and disordered eating for over a decade and has served patients at various levels of care ranging from outpatient to residential care.  In her practice, Dr. Bakshi centers the individual in the context of their life to best help them enable change.  Dr. Bakshi also focuses her approach on care of the whole person and uses a variety of therapeutic approaches in her practice.

Dr. Bakshi is a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and is a national speaker on issues pertaining to mental health equity with a focus on South Asians.
